There’s a real sense that we could soon be seeing things getting back to “normal” and nothing seems more normal to us than the unmistakable aromas of steaming malted barley and steeping hops on a brew day.
So it was with great excitement we commenced brewing again this week. Firing the kettle up for the first time in several months was a good feeling. Especially seeing as everything worked after a period of slumber (including our brewing brains).
Amber Groat and Deep Groat batches prepared and now maturing nicely in preparation for bottling. Will be ready for everyone arriving at the Visitor Centre this season *fingers crossed* 🤞
