Its been a bit hectic to be honest, but so enjoyable welcoming everyone back. People are arriving back at the visitor centre and fingers crossed the way things are going that will continue to be the case and we can look forward to a great Summer. The shop is open with a great new range of gifts available for even the most discerning of customers.
We also are well underway with customers settling in for a pint (albeit outdoors only at the moment); so very well done to anyone who braved the somewhat chilly temperatures of late to enjoy an outdoor libation. There’s a couple of such brave souls pictured here with pints of Swelkie. I am sure leather jackets and hirsute chins do help keep the cool wind at bay. At least it meant the beer wasn’t too warm, but I am sure the view warmed your hearts anyway.
Our new plant is installed and ready to go, just waiting for the last bits of paperwork to get signed off, and then hopefully it won’t be long till everyone can enjoy a pint brewed from the Last House, sat inside the Last House!! Its been a long wait, but it feels we are nearly there. 🙂
