Wedding

Aisle have a pint please

Struggling to find a location for that special wedding? The Last House (where the John o’Groats Brewery Visitor Experience is located), is a beautiful building to visit. The building has centuries of history attached to it.  It is the oldest surviving building in the village and benefits from unrivalled panoramic views across the ocean.  It could be the perfect place for your wedding day. You can’t help but feel a little special standing at the entrance and looking out across the rolling waves.

We have always been available to book to host parties and special events, and have now the pleasure of opening for bookings for wedding parties also.

It can be a fabulous, characterful place to tie the knot.  There is room for small guest parties in the tasting room or if you want a larger reception, we have outdoor grounds available that can accommodate even the largest of marquees.

Feel free to contact us with any enquiries and we can discuss arrangements.

Grubs Up

Worried about dining for your guests? Don’t be – there is plenty of very high quality food establishments in the area who are available to provide wedding buffet or sit-down meals.  Check out these wonderful eateries here and you’ll realise you’re spoilt for choice right here in the village.

Congratulations

Our happy couple pictured here are Iain and Susan tying the knot with a humanist wedding in the bar; overseen by a lovely gathering of friends and family.  Not far to travel after the formalities are dealt with to grab something to calm those jitters.
